The following list of documents will assist you in formulating a home loan presentation. Other information may be required by the lender depending on your circumstance.

- Two recent pay slips and last year's group certificate
- A copy of Centrelink benefits received (only if the loan relies on these benefits)
- Copies of past two years tax returns for you and the business (this is not required if you are considering an equity loan).
- Generally need to show evidence over preferably 6 months via bank statements, term deposits, or share certificates (some lenders are happy with 3 months proof).
- Rates notice only required for investors and second home purchasers.
- Personal loan statements or copy of loan agreements.
- Recent Credit Card Statements.
- Copy of last 12 months loan statements for existing mortgage (some lenders will accept 6 months).
- 100 points of identification (drivers license, passport or birth certificate).
